Festival Kickoff Show - Oslo Impro Festival 2024

MARIENETTES

Marienettes is a trio formed of three improvisers trained at the Nette school of improv. If you think of their style as a dish, you will find that among the Nettes:

- Marie is the spice that heightens the experience, while keeping it just at the right temperature.

- Harald is the sweet aftertaste which stays with you the whole night. One burp, and its back in your mouth.

- Terje is their third member.

How did it feel to have someone else's lips touch yours?
What did you think in that moment?
Is this the person I'm going to spend the rest of my life with?
When would you get to see this person again?
Is this the love of my life?

Imagine if the person you kissed for the first time were to become your life partner. In this improvised show, Trouple explore the life you would have had if you ended up together with that person.

CRAIG WITH FRIENDS

Craig Uhlir has been a part of Oslo Impro Festival since the very beginning, and inspired us all to "make fun choices" on and off stage. With over 24 years of experience teaching and performing improv at Chicago's big three improvisational schools, Craig is now returning to Oslo Impro Festival to teach and perform throughout the week. In this show, Craig brings his legendary skills and energy to the stage, teaming up with a few handpicked friends to conjure an unparalleled improv experience.
