Join this legendary improv evening @ Impro Neuf. For the first time ever "Eagerly Waiting" will be performed in Norway, followed by a JAM with the international performers and the Impro Neuf community. IT IS GOING TO BE A BLAST!
Eagerly Waiting
We are thrilled to present Eagerly Waiting, a captivating duo performance by our visiting guest teachers, Maro Lesioti (Athens, Greece) and Gabriel Caropreso (São Paulo, Brazil). Originally born as an innovative trans-Atlantic live project connecting Brazil and Greece, this show unites two distinct, multidisciplinary forces on one stage.
Featuring:
- Maro Lesioti: A versatile actress and classical pianist whose poetic, "kinesthetic" style is rooted in the "radical act of acceptance."
- Gabriel Caropreso: A renowned clown and musician celebrated globally for blending rhythmic musicality with masterful comedic timing.
IMPROV JAM
The show will transition into a JAM hosted by our very own Carlos Moreno, where the audience will have the chance to jump onstage and play with Maro, Gabriel and other experienced improvisers from the community. The JAM will combine fun fast-paced games and experimental scenes inspired the visitors format.
Together, their shared theatrical foundations promise a mesmerizing set filled with physical comedy, intricate rhythms, and deeply authentic, in-the-moment connection.
